"Meine Freundin & ich waren extra hier angereist, wichtig die Öffnungszeiten zu beachten. Entweder mit der Tram oder per SBahn Bahnhof Radebeul Ost. Letzteres ist nur ein kurzer Weg. Die Villa sieht von außen sehr schön aus, nur der Vorgarten könnte etwas Aufmerksamkeit vertragen bsp wenn es schön und kostengünstig sein soll Rosen mit Lavendel und Heide als Unterpflanzung und eine Kräuterbepflanzung. Der Zugang ist nicht Rollstuhlgeeignet wobei es verwundert man geht erst ein paar Treppen hinab um dann wieder aufzusteigen. Der Laden ist sehr schön gestaltet, im hinteren Raum auch etwas museal. Die Auswahl ist vielfältig und einiges das man sonst nicht bekommen kann in Supermärkten. Das es auch Süßigkeiten gibt ist nett, auch da Besonderes. Wir haben den Werksverkauf mit einer vollen Tasche verlassen. Die Kassierin ist nett und konnte uns noch etwas zusätzlich zur Geschichte der Firma erzählen, das war sehr charmant und verkaufsförderlich."

"Hübscher Werksverkauf mit guter Auswahl und sehr günstigen Preisen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super nett . Kommen sehr gern hierher ."

"Hier gibt es eine große Auswahl an tollen Teesorten. Ich habe mir meine Lienlingssorten gleich auf Vorrat für diesen Winter mitgenommen. Die Verkäuferin war sehr freundlich. Natürlich komme ich wieder, wenn meine Vorräte aufgebraucht sind und ich in der Nähe bin."

"Wenn man in der Nähe ist, sollte man ruhig mit reingehen. Sehr große Auswahl an Tee, Sondergrößen und auch bissel Drumrum wie Gläser, Kekse, Schokolade (das ist verschieden) Sehr freundliches Personal. Man kann mit Karte zahlen."

"I was on on delivery recently and have to admit that the staff, especially lady at the gatehouse was really friendly. More people like members of staff at the teehaus and our world will be much better place to live."

"Warum habe ich das Teehaus nicht schon eher besucht. War jetzt inzwischen das 2. Mal hier. Verkäuferinnen sind beide Mal sehr nett gewesen. Hier kann man verschiedene Teesorten kaufen. Auch welche, die ich im Laden noch nie gesehen habe. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Tee, welcher mit kaltem Wasser aufgefüllt wird. Weiterhin ist im hinteren Raum noch ein kleines Teemuseum."

"Kundenparkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür, im Teehaus gibt es eine Auswahl über drei Räumen. Die Preise sind gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Man sollte allerdings die Öffnungszeiten beachten."
